NHRA Top Fuel Dragster Josh Hart attended several R+L Carriers recruiting events throughout the year
Whether it’s on the racetrack, a company service center or cruising the open road, the R+L Carriers Hometown Showcase had a fantastic year touring around the country. At some notable recruiting events, R+L Carriers personnel were joined by company-sponsored driver Josh Hart, a competitor in the Top Fuel Dragster class of the NHRA Nationals. Here’s a snapshot of some places both the hauler and Hart visited together.
Lebanon, Pennsylvania, September 7-8
At the LEB recruiting event, visitors learned about various logistics careers; including open positions for drivers, freight handlers, mechanics, information technology staff and sales, among others. Afterwards, attendees were able to attend a Josh Hart meet and greet, speaking with the driver and taking a few photos. Starting September 9, Hart went on to compete in the Top Fuel event at the Mopar Express Lane NHRA Nationals.

China Grove, North Carolina, September 13-14
Following the hauler’s successful Pennsylvania visit, the next week would be particularly noteworthy for Hart. Starting Monday, company recruiters were on-site at the CHR service center, answering questions about company culture and prospective job applications. Hart got in on the action too, posing for photos with many racing fans. That weekend saw the R+L-sponsored driver compete at zMAX Dragway, emerging victorious as the 2021 DeWalt NHRA Carolina Nationals Top Fuel Champion. St. Louis, Illinois, September 20-21
Fresh off his win at the NHRA Nationals, Hart posed with several fans during a much-lauded STL visit
A few days before Autumn was upon us, the R+L Carriers Hometown Showcase rolled down Sauget Industrial Parkway, ready for its next recruiting event. Company personnel walked attendees through the process of obtaining a Class A CDL, plus, covered the essentials every driver needs before starting with the company. They fielded plenty of questions too, discussing other positions at the STL service center. Fresh off the recruiting event, Hart went on to race in the NHRA Midwest Nationals at World Wide Technology Raceway.
Dallas, Texas, October 4-5
As October began, our hauler found itself deep in the heart of the Lone Star State. Event attendees were able to browse several interactive features within the hauler, such as kiosks exploring the company and its affiliates. One of the most prominent display pieces contains a replica of the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl Trophy, awarded each year to the winning team. Hart was there for photos as well, conducting a meet and greet alongside his top fuel dragster. After a successful recruiting event, Hart took to the Texas NHRA FallNationals in nearby Ennis, Texas.

Irwindale, California, November 8-9
Josh Hart and the R+L Carriers Hometown Showcase teamed up for a final recruiting event at the IRW service center. Throughout the day, R+L Carriers staff handed out footballs, stadium seats and other branded memorabilia. The team even brought out the cornhole set for folks to enjoy a game or two. Overall, many connections were made and numerous visitors learned more about R+L Carriers. At week’s end, Hart motored down to the nearby Auto Club NHRA Finals where he competed in the last NHRA National Top Fuel event of the year.
